The following initiatives were worked on prior to starting Thomas Business Consulting.

 Facilitation Experience:

• Facilitated, and participated in, group client meetings: ensured the strategic goals/objectives were defined, and that the scope of work, timeframe and roles were understood

• Met with client groups to document current processes and capture their inputs (relevant information and perspectives such as known problems and envisioned solutions)

• Participated in planning and solution building workshop session

• Led clients through report reviews, and presented final document
