Business Case Experience:

Led
a multi-departmental business case development team of
Operations, Architecture Planning, Network, Implementations, and
Quality Assurance for one of TELUS’ largest corporate data storage
investments

Led
additional business case development teams in establishing
TELUS’ re-engineering for data transfer process,
“Interactive conferencing” communications technology (Smart
Boards), and a quality assurance IT testing environment

Coached
TELUS technical product managers/technical experts in
development of business cases and guided the critical analysis
of information technology services, operations and processes.
Evaluated user requirements vs. new service solution options,
implementation plans and determined full cost (+/-) of change.
Focus was on achieving higher operational efficiencies, better
process flow and improved delivery of information services
throughout the organization
